Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited (QSL) is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our national based client Worley, we are looking for competent candidates to fill the following position:
Talent Acquisition Lead, Tanzania & Uganda
Talent Acquisition Lead will drive the performance of the in-country, TA delivery across both Tanzania & Uganda locations; deliver outstanding, agile support while ensuring the changing wider business aims are achieved.
Collaborate and engage effectively with the wider EACOP TA team to promote workload sharing and ensure TA receive sufficient support in order to meet project and business needs.
Development of in country TA strategy and initiatives to address regional issues such as Nationalization. Drive diversity in candidate slates, interview shortlists and hires in line with broader company D&I targets.
Promote the use of Taleo and other TA related systems throughout the region in order to produce regular and accurate TA related reports; proven experience within EPCM industry or equivalent proprietary management systems and associated desktop applications for project delivery; provide on the job training and coaching to local content personnel, liaising either directly or indirectly with training providers to ensure training is provided and performance monitoring of such; Competency within industry applications such as Aconex, SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio;
Minimum of 15 years engineering services TA experience, either in- house or for an agency with a consulting focus
