Job Purpose
The Store Supervisor provides strategic leadership and oversight of daily store operations to maintain operational excellence, compliance, and service consistency. This role drives sales growth, leads store teams, manages inventory, and ensures back-office processes deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Leadership: Direct daily store activities, enforce operational standards, and ensure service consistency across all departments.

Customer Experience: Drive customer-centric practices, resolve client inquiries promptly, identify service gaps, and optimize workflow to elevate client satisfaction.

Team Management & Development: Lead, coach, and motivate store staff; foster a culture of accountability and teamwork; and manage employee engagement and performance.

Sales & Commercial Growth: Execute commercial plans, drive promotional initiatives, and support business development activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee stock availability, maintain inventory accuracy, prevent stock loss, and streamline replenishment processes.

Financial Governance & Compliance: Maintain financial controls, manage operational risk, and ensure store adherence to regulatory and internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT / ICT / Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in retail management, team leadership, and driving sales growth.

Software Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and inventory/retail management systems.
