Job Summary

To provide specialist advise and support in the generation and provision of reliable business intelligence to support key deliverables and informed decision making, through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed SOPs.

Job Description​

• Apply relevant research methodologies, tools and techniques to effectively and purposefully gather information.
• Understand and apply existing best practice frameworks to assist in the implementation of identified subject matter processes and standards.
• Provide specialist advice and support in area of accountability to ensure that identified solutions and recommendations are appropriate and effective.
• Identify and recommend new innovative ways of achieving quality results.
• Report on transactional and process activities to enable timely and effective decision making.

Qualifications

Analytical Thinking – Basic (Meets all of the requirements), Bachelor’s Degree – Computer and Information Science, Digital affinity (Meets all of the requirements), Enabling team success (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development), Experience in a similar environment at junior specialist level, Management information systems (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development), Openness to change (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development), Quality orientation (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development).
