Role Overview

Selcom Tanzania is seeking target-driven and tech-savvy Key Expansion Associates (KEA) across multiple regions in Tanzania. The primary goal of this role is to drive digital payment adoption, onboard new merchants and agents, increase overall transaction volumes, and expand Selcom’s market footprint within assigned locations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Acquisition & Activation: Identify, acquire, and activate new merchants and agency banking partners across assigned operational territories.

• Transaction Growth: Drive daily usage of digital payment solutions to boost transaction frequency and volume.

• Onboarding & Compliance: Support merchant and agent onboarding, collect required Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, and execute field branding activities.

• Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong business relationships with agents and merchants to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

• Business Development: Continuously scout for new business opportunities and expansion channels within the designated region. Selcom Tanzania Job Vacancy

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Secondary Education, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in field sales, direct merchant acquisition, or agency banking expansion. Selcom Tanzania Job Vacancy

• Technical & Core Skills: Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of digital payment solutions and mobile financial services.

• Personal Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, customer-focused, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Mobility: Fully flexible and willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
