About the Role

West Security Services is looking for a qualified and disciplined Security Trainer to train, evaluate, and prepare security personnel and guards. The ideal candidate will ensure that guard personnel are well-trained in safety protocols, operational procedures, emergency response, and overall professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training: Deliver comprehensive training programs for security guards and field personnel.

• Core Security Procedures: Instruction in access control, patrol techniques, safety protocols, and emergency response.

• Physical & Practical Drills: Lead physical fitness, tactical drills, and practical security exercises.

• Trainee Assessment: Evaluate trainees’ performance, track progress, and keep accurate training records.

• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all operational activities align with company policies, safety standards, and relevant legal laws.

• Program Improvement: Identify training gaps and propose improvements to strengthen security operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Security Management, Military/Police Studies, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven track record in security operations or professional security training.

• Preferred Background: Prior experience in the police force, military, or private security sector is a strong advantage.

• Key Skills: Strong leadership, practical presentation skills, solid communication, and interpersonal capabilities.

• Personal Attributes: High level of discipline, integrity, and professional conduct.

• Added Advantages: Certification or skills in First Aid, Fire Safety, and Emergency Response.
