Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, business and administrations or relevant field.
  • Proven experience of three (3) years as sales leader/supervisor or any other similar role preferable.
  • Experience in developing strategies and implementing them.
  • Experience of making strategy of business partner and increasing productivity will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, including identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Developing training programs or other initiatives to ensure that the team has the skills they need to succeed in achieving sales targets.
  • To lead, monitor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent service and communication.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics and report on team performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research for product trends, competitors and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales target.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies.
