Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients.
- Actively sell lubricants to different clients and industries.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories and key industrial zones.
- Manage client contracts, pricing discussions, and order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence and provide structured sales reports.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
Skills & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in lubricants, automotive, industrial products, or oil & gas.
- Client Management: Experience dealing with corporate procurement teams and decision-makers.
- Sales Skills: Strong corporate selling and negotiation skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism and commercial awareness.
- Territory Management: Ability to manage wide territories and multiple market segments.
- Personal Attributes: Results-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated.
