We are a fast-growing construction company committed to delivering high-quality construction solutions, infrastructure development, and customer-focused services. We are looking for dynamic, results-driven, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives.

Position Details

  • Position: Sales Executive (3) Positions
  • Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities at ABL Construction Limited
  • Market and sell company construction products and services to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Support branding and promotional campaigns through digital platforms.
  • Manage and grow the company’s online presence and social media engagement (added advantage).

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and online advertising will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram marketing, LinkedIn marketing, or Google Ads is an added advantage.
