Responsibilities:

• Verification of products and services to ensure accurate implementation of approved changes and perform routine checks to ensure that all products and services are accurately charged.
• Monitor and analyse large sets of billing data, revenue streams, and system integrations to identify discrepancies, revenue leakages, and potential risks.
• Prepare and present ad hoc and monthly revenue assurance reports, trends, dashboards and key metrics to senior management.
• Conduct regular audits and end to end process reviews to identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance revenue accuracy and reduce losses.
• Implement and maintain comprehensive documentation of revenue assurance procedures and controls.
• Provide analytical data/information to support fraud investigation to regulatory authorities as well as internal investigation.
• Collaborate with IT to develop and enhance revenue assurance tools and systems.

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of financial systems, billing systems, and revenue recognition principles.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines….
