Job Summary

To lead and grow the high value segments and wealth management business, deliver personalized financial solutions, superior service and risk-adjusted returns to affluent and high net worth clients.Post resume

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and deliver of sales, revenue, deposit, risk asset, targets, and efficiency ratio approved budgets
2. Develop differentiated value propositions, product suites and service models for high value customers across deposits, lending, investments, insurance and advisory
3. Grow Premier portfolio by offering products and services
4. Lead acquisition and portfolio growth of high value customers, ensuring sustainable growth in assets under management, deposits, lending and fee income
5. Share knowledge and best practice
6. Manage budgets, resources and P&L for the high value and wealth management business, ensuring cost efficiency
7. Ensure compliance with operations risk
8. Coordinate with marketing and communications to position the affiliate as the wealth management partner of choice in the market

Qualifications & Experience

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Banking or Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other related fields of study
2. Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in private banking or high net worth relationship management
