RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition process. Your main responsibility will be to identify, attract, and recruit qualified professionals who align with our company’s values and goals. With a focus on building a diverse and high-performing workforce, you will be instrumental in shaping our company’s success through effective recruitment strategies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment
Location: Dar es Salaam
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals to source and attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Administer and analyze pre-employment assessments and tests, when required, to evaluate candidates’ competencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database.
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms of employment, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals to enhance the candidate pool and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting candidates across various positions and levels.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and assessment methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for diversity and inclusion, with an understanding of its impact on organizational success.
