Job description

• Oversee procurement and purchasing operations
• Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms
• Ensure timely purchasing of goods and services
• Maintain optimal stock levels in coordination with warehouse
• Monitor market trends and pricing
• Ensure quality standards of purchased items
• Control purchasing costs and support cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain supplier relationships and performance evaluation
• Approve purchase orders and requisitions
• Coordinate with departments on procurement needs
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
• Support audits related to procurement activities
