Purchasing Assistant

Duty & responsibility

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers
• Maintain supplier records and manage communications
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Track order status and follow up on outstanding orders
• Maintain and update procurement databases and records
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analyses

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above, supply chain management, procurement and other related majors are preferred
• Driver’s license preferred
• Proficient in using office software (such as Excel, Word, etc.)
• Have certain data analysis capabilities and be able to process procurement data and reports
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and patient, and have teamwork spirit
• Have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
