QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Registration: Must be a Registered Professional Engineer
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing road construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing at least three asphalt standard road projects, each spanning no less than 10 km.
SKILLS:
- High-level managerial skills with a strong ability to lead teams effectively.
- Business-minded with adept problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
