Job Summary:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the Property Department. This role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards. The Project Engineer will work closely with stakeholders, manage risks, and drive process improvements to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibility:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project’s success.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and records.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure that all project activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Leadership: Manage staff related matters as may be required.
- Financial Management: Participate in departmental budgets.
- Problem Solving and Innovation:Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues and implement innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related field).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in project management or engineering roles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
