Ando Roofing Product Ltd is hiring a Production Supervisor for alcoholic beverages. The company is seeking an experienced, results-driven individual to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the alcoholic beverage industry, specifically in producing portable spirits like gin and vodka.

The Production Supervisor’s key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the daily operations of the beverage production line to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Ensuring smooth operation of all production equipment and coordinating with the maintenance team for routine checks and emergency repairs.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.
• Leading the production team to meet performance targets while fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Working closely with the Plant Manager to ensure seamless production planning and execution.

The qualifications and experience for this position include:

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or Production Management.
• A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a production supervisory role within the alcoholic beverage industry.
• A proven track record of managing production teams and maintaining high productivity standards.
