Our client is a new investor entering the pharmaceutical market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience in a pharmaceutical company is a must.
- Visiting pharmacies and medicine whole sellers.
- Visiting hospitals
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals, providing training, and ensuring optimal performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key pharmaceutical industry stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Manage the sales budget efficiently, allocating resources to maximize ROI and profitability.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics in Tanzania.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
