Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our transportation services, fleet management, and logistical operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across all transport services, vehicle maintenance, route planning, and driver management.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet & Transportation Management: Oversee the scheduling, allocation, and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Driver Supervision: Manage drivers’ assignments, performance, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Route Planning & Logistics: Optimize travel routes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintenance Coordination: Ensure timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and adherence to safety standards.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hotels, tour operators, and clients to deliver seamless travel experiences.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to transport regulations, licensing, and insurance requirements
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to improve cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Advanced Diploma in Transport Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport operations or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, route planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, including drivers and logistics personnel.
