Requirements.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Minimum two years of working experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities.
- Manage day to day office Operations.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Coordinate workflows to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
- Develop, review, and improve administrative processes and procedure.
- Handle complex enquiries and provide high-level administrative support to leadership.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, data protection, and health & safety procedures.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organisational needs.
