Position: Office Administrator

Location: Moshi, Kilimanjaro

Requirements.

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Minimum two years of working experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Manage day to day office Operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Coordinate workflows to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
  • Develop, review, and improve administrative processes and procedure.
  • Handle complex enquiries and provide high-level administrative support to leadership.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, data protection, and health & safety procedures. 
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support organisational needs.
