St. Jude School is pleased to announce two (2) Driver jobs for qualified Tanzanians.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive school vehicles with care and attention
• Be careful and regularly inspect the vehicle you are assigned to make sure it is safe before and while driving it
• Maintaining car/spare/oil information and any changes, including filling in the “log book” accurately and for every event and car trips
• Reporting on time when the car is repaired and/or going to “service”
• Follow the rules, regulations and road safety guidelines
• Cooperate with the school authorities and relevant institutions when there is a problem with the school car you are driving
• Follow the arrangements and schedules of the vehicles and the instructions of the Chief Driver regarding the
• Routes of the vehicles
• Participating in the festivities and social activities of The School of St. Jude as soon as they are arranged
• Giving written notice if the vehicle you are driving has a fault or an accident that will prevent the planned journey or route from continuing.

Applicant Qualifications

• The applicant should know how to read and write
• Applicant must have a Driving Certificate from a recognized college
• Applicant must have an active class “C” license
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience driving school vehicles.
• The applicant must be a Tanzanian with National ID

An additional benefit

• He has a certificate to prove his knowledge of English
• Computer skills

Terms and Conditions

• The applicant must fulfill the following conditions in full
• Attach a license verification letter from the police.
• Attach a copy of the birth certificate and personal information (CV)
• Attach a letter from the local executive or chairman
• Attach a letter from a previous employer
