Job Title: Food and Beverage (FnB) Manager

Company: MUV GROUP (1245 Bar and Restaurant)

Reports To: General Manager and Managing Directors

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our F&B operations. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing F&B orders, staff, and finances, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency..

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Delegating multiple tasks, also able to multitask
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with developing menus
• Maintain quality standards
• Overseeing relevant staff training
• Monitoring inventory and cost control
• Providing excellent customer service, service-minded

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5 years of proven experience in administrative management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Computer use and relevant software applications (MS Office, MS Excel, MyPOS
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in English and Swahili – both spoken and written
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is an added advantage.
• Ability to lead, motivate a diverse team and delegate tasks effectively
