MTCP Fully Funded Scholarship Program 2023 in Malaysia. Applications to apply for the MTCP Scholarship Program 2023 (Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program Scholarship) are currently open. This fully funded scholarship is a great opportunity for those students who want to continue their postgraduate studies in Malaysia. The MTCP Scholarship Program 2023 is giving the benefit of covering all the expenses related to study in Malaysia which include tuition fees, living stipends, travel allowance book allowance, thesis allowance and medical insurance.
This fully funded program in Malaysia has been initiated by the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1980. The aim to start this program was to foster global cooperation, strengthen the bond with other developing countries and share the development experiences of Malaysia.

The timespan of this fully funded scholarship in Malaysia is between 24 months to 36 months for a master’s degree. Eligibility Criteria for MTCP Scholarship:

• Candidates should be from a developing country recognized by the Malaysian government
• The age of applicants should be less than 45 years old.
• Candidates must have an outstanding academic record that can meet the requirements of chosen course or program.
• Moreover, those who are already admitted to a public or private Malaysian university are eligible for the scholarships.
• Applicants should give proof of English Proficiency, i.e. IELTS, TOFEL or they can submit a certificate of
• English Proficiency from their institute.
• Candidates should be healthy and passionate about learning and contributing to their home country.

Benefits:

• Scholarship recipients will be provided with full tuition to complete their master’s degree.
• Scholars will get a monthly allowance of RM 35,00.00 to cover all the expenses of the scholars during their stay.
• The stipend will cover the expenses of books, tools, house rents, placement and thesis.
• This fully funded scholarship will also cover medical insurance for the scholars for the entire time period of the program.
• A round-trip economy class airfare will be covered.

Required Documents:

• An admission Offer Letter from Malaysian Universities for academic intake 2023 is required.
• Letter of Recommendation from two referees is needed.
• Statement of Intent is required.
• A certified copy of the Academic Transcript must be submitted.
• Record of all the courses taken throughout the degree program should be shown in the transcripts.
• Candidates should submit transcripts of undergraduate studies.
• Students must submit an official document issued by the applicant’s alma mater describing the grading system of university.
• The documents should be certified if an student’s transcript does not include CGPA, marks, or percentile score information.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• A certified copy of the English Language Proficiency test result such as IELTS or an official letter from the previous institution showing English as the medium of instruction used for the obtained degree.
• Copy of Passport is required.
  Medical examination report should be submitted.
• COVID-19 proof of vaccination is needed.
