Position: Freelancer (Sales)

Mnada spesho auction mart (www.mnadaspesho.co.tz), a dynamic online auction startup, is seeking motivated sales freelances to join our team. The ideal candidates will focus acquiring website users to sign up with our online auction platform and participate in various auctions 

Key responsibilities 

Direct sales 

• Promote the business website
• Actively use own initiatives to sign-up new users
• Train newly signed up customer to use the website and participate in various auctions -Attend organized sales event activities to acquire clients

Brand Promotion: 

•  Develop and maintain a strong brand presence both online and offline.  – Represent the company at events and trade shows 

Collaboration: 

•  Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with external partners and agencies when necessary. 

Qualities and experience required 

• Proven sales experience
• Strong understanding of online marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with market research tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
