JOB VACANCY: SITE FOREMAN (1 POSITION)
MMSS Constructions Ltd is a growing construction company with its Head Office in Nala, Dodoma. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman to oversee our operations at our project site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities and manage site laborers.
- Ensure all work is executed according to architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage to minimize waste.
- Report daily progress to the Project Manager.
Job Requirements
- Education/Qualifications: Must possess a National Vocational Award (NVA) Level 3 in Masonry and Bricklaying OR a Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Civil Engineering / Construction.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Site Foreman or Lead Supervisor on building construction sites.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of masonry work, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Location: Nala, Dodoma.
