Position: Machine Operator (Extrusion Machine)

We are seeking a Machine Operator (Extrusion Machine) to support the production of high-quality  floating fish feed through efficient operation of extrusion equipment, process control, and adherence  to safety and quality standards. 

Experience Required 

• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience producing floating fish feed using extrusion  technology.
• Proven hands-on experience operating single-screw or twin-screw extruders for floating  aquafeed production.
• Strong understanding of starch gelatinization, expansion, and buoyancy control to achieve  stable floating pellets.
• Experience in operating steam boiler systems for feed conditioning, including temperature,  pressure, and moisture control.
• Ability to control and adjust extrusion parameters (moisture, temperature, screw speed, die  size) to ensure consistent floatability and pellet durability.
• Practical skills in drying and cooling processes to maintain correct moisture levels and shelf  stability.
• Ability to conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of extruders, boilers, dryers,  and ancillary equipment.
• Strong awareness of occupational health and safety, especially when handling steam, high  temperatures, and rotating machinery
