The management of Tam Lounge Arusha invites applications from professional, creative and highly experienced DJs to join our entertainment team at our location located at Gymkhana Grounds, Kenyatta Rd, Uzunguni, Arusha.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

Applicant must have a minimum of two (2) years of practical experience working in popular Lounges or Clubs.

Music Skills:

• Strong ability to mix modern styles including EDM, Amapiano, Afrobeats, Bongo Flava, and House Music.

Communication Skills:

• Ability to use a microphone (MCing) and interact with customers in a polite and respectful manner.

Vibe Management:

• Ability to assess the atmosphere of the venue and change the music according to the mood of the customers (Crowd Control).

Work Discipline:

• The applicant must have time discipline and be willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
