JOB DESCRIPTION: LOGISTICS & WAREHOUSE OPERATION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a logistics & Warehouse Operation professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and timely delivery of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of logistics and warehouse processes.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Experience: Proven 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and manage the logistics and transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement efficient inventory control measures.
• Plan and optimize warehouse layout and storage to maximize space utilization.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of goods flow.
• Monitor and analyze logistics and warehouse KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse and during transportation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
