Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Telecommunications or related field.
- 3 years’ experience in Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, Banking, Telecommunications,
- FinTech, Digital Payments or related industries.
Location: Dar Es Salaam
Core responsibilities
- Achieve allocated revenue, transaction value and customer growth targets.
- Acquire new corporate customers and strategic partners.
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and coordinate implementation.
- Drive customer activation and product adoption after go-live.
- Develop and execute customer retention plans to minimize churn.
- Manage strategic relationships with key decision makers.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Mixx portfolio.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Marketing teams.
- Monitor customer performance and prepare portfolio reports.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, regulatory and company policies.
