Jubaili Agrotec Ltd is a dynamic and growing agribusiness company engaged in seeds, Agro-inputs, livestock, veterinary products, and crop solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Supervisor based in Mwanza.
Position Summary
The Sales Supervisor – Veterinary is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations of the veterinary business within the assigned territory to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other key stakeholders. The incumbent will also monitor market trends, ensure excellent customer service, provide sales performance analysis and reporting, and drive the achievement of sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Conduct market analysis and provide feedback on competitor activities and customer needs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and effective after-sales support.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in sales, preferably gained from a reputable organization or company.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising and managing sales activities and teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
