JOB LOCATION: INDUSTRIAL AREA
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Check production lines against parameters given / set per product
Lead the maintenance team in carrying out proper preventive maintenance for machines to avoid downtimes.
Co-ordinate with Quality Department to ensure products conform to the agreed quality parameters.
Job scheduling and preparing job cards
Carry out proper production planning to avoid delays and material wastage
Assist in development and implementation of production procedures to maximize efficiency
Training of production team in various areas of production
Product costing
Keep reports for production /machines within the facility
Detect machine related flaws and fix them with minimum downtime and supervision.
Assist in analysis of production data to identify areas of improvement.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma in a Mechanical field
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setup
Understanding of Filtration industry will be an added advantage
