2. LAND SURVEYOR

Age: 25-33 Year

Experience: 2 Years +, With Diploma or Degree in Geomatics/ Urban And Lural Settlement Planning or Relevant Subjects

Main Duties:-

• Collecting Land Boundaries Data For Research, Town Planning, Approval and Surveying Process.
• Operating surveying instruments and equipment ‘Such as RTK Machine’ in staking out and coordination of land properties boundaries
• Preparation of the Town plan and Plots map using AutoCAD softwares
• Solving of the land disputes
• Erection of beacons
• File compilation for registration
• Title Deeds Processing.
