1. TOWN PLANNER
2. LAND SURVEYOR
Age: 25-33 Year
Experience: 2 Years +, With Diploma or Degree in Geomatics/ Urban And Lural Settlement Planning or Relevant Subjects
Main Duties:-
- Collecting Land Boundaries Data For Research, Town Planning, Approval and Surveying Process.
- Operating surveying instruments and equipment ‘Such as RTK Machine’ in staking out and coordination of land properties boundaries
- Preparation of the Town plan and Plots map using AutoCAD softwares
- Solving of the land disputes
- Erection of beacons
- File compilation for registration
- Title Deeds Processing.
