JOB DESCRIPTIO

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and assisting with daytoday tasks. We are looking for a detailoriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skill 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE

  • Manage and coordinate office activities, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is wellstocked and in good working condition
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTIO

The EHS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the companys Environmental, Health, and Safety Programs. To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of safety within the company

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE

  • Create and implement safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for employees and visitors
  • Stay updated on regulations related to environmental protection, health, and safety. Ensure the companys operations comply with the regulations
  • Conduct training programs for employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices. Ensure that employees are aware of potential hazards and equipped to handle them
  • Identify potential risks and hazards in the workplace. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent accidents or injuries
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, training sessions, and compliance documentation. Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required

JOB DESCRIPTIO

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the mechanical maintenance activities within the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians and ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of mechanical technicians, assigning tasks, and overseeing daily operation
  • Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities for mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
  • Diagnose mechanical issues, oversee troubleshooting processes, and execute repairs as needed to resolve equipment malfunctions promptly
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies in all maintenance and repai
  • Manage inventory levels, identify required spare parts, and coordinate procurement processes for mechanical components and supplies

JOB DESCRIPTIO

A Civil Engineer is responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects. Ensure that projects adhere to specifications, regulations, and quality standard

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE

  • Oversee construction sites, conduct regular inspections, and ensure that work is progressing according to plans and specifications. Resolve any technical issues that may arise during constructio
  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, including feasibility studies, planning, design, and construction oversight
  • Conduct onsite visits to assess project sites, analyse data, and evaluate feasibility, environmental impact, and structural integrity
  • Ensure that projects comply with local regulations, building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulation
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of construction work, materials, and equipment to meet industry standards and specifications

The AutoCAD Operator is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software. The operator will collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to produce accurate drawings according to project specifications and industry standards

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE

  • Create precise drawings based on provided sketches, specifications, and instructions
  • Ensure drawings adhere to project requirements, industry standards, and applicable codes
  • Work closely with engineers, and architects, to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback into designs
  •  Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback and changes in project requirement
  • Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software tools effectively to produce highquality designs and drawing

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet required standards, specifications, regulations, and the quality of materials. To work closely with contractors, project managers, and other engineers to identify and resolve quality issues

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE

  • Develop and implement quality control plans for civil engineering projects. 2. Inspect materials and to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
  • Conduct or oversee testing of materials
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results
