1. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (RUJEWA, MAKAMBAKO AND NJOMBE TOWN 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and assisting with day–to–day tasks. We are looking for a detail–oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skill 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage and coordinate office activities, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well–stocked and in good working condition
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
• 5. Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members to support project–related administrative tasks.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking. 
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Help in organizing company events and meetings.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

The ideal candidate for this role should have 

• A minimum education required at least a Diploma in Business Administrative Course and any other related field.
• Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, or similar role for not less than 2 years
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organization skills with a problem–solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working on the construction industry will be an added advantage 

 

2. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY SUPERVISOR (RUJEWA, MAKAMBAKO AND NJOMBE TOWN) 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

The EHS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the company‘s Environmental, Health, and Safety Programs. To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of safety within the company. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Create and implement safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for employees and visitors
• Stay updated on regulations related to environmental protection, health, and safety. Ensure the company‘s operations comply with the regulations. 
• Conduct training programs for employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices. Ensure that employees are aware of potential hazards and equipped to handle them. 
• Identify potential risks and hazards in the workplace. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent accidents or injuries. 
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify areas for improvement. 
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, training sessions, and compliance documentation. Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required. 

QUALIFICATION 

The ideal candidate for this role should have;

• A minimum education required at least a Diploma in Environmental Health & Safety and any other related field
• Proven work experience as an EHS on a construction site for not less than 2 years o Organizational skills and attention to detail.

3. SUPERVISOR (RUJEWA, MAKAMBAKO AND NJOMBE TOWN) 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the mechanical maintenance activities within the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians and ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of mechanical technicians, assigning tasks, and overseeing daily operations 
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities for mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. 
• Diagnose mechanical issues, oversee troubleshooting processes, and execute repairs as needed to resolve equipment malfunctions promptly. 
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies in all maintenance and repair 
• Manage inventory levels, identify required spare parts, and coordinate procurement processes for mechanical components and supplies. 
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment condition, and work performed. 
• Prepare reports on maintenance metrics and equipment performance.

• Proven work experience as a Mechanical Engineer, or similar role of not less than 2 years o Strong organization skills with a problem–solving attitude

4. CIVIL ENGINEER (RUJEWA, MAKAMBAKO AND NJOMBE TOWN) 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

A Civil Engineer is responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects. Ensure that projects adhere to specifications, regulations, and quality standard. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Oversee construction sites, conduct regular inspections, and ensure that work is progressing according to plans and specifications. Resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction 
• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, including feasibility studies, planning, design, and construction oversight
• Conduct on–site visits to assess project sites, analyse data, and evaluate feasibility, environmental impact, and structural integrity. 
• Ensure that projects comply with local regulations, building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations 
• Monitor and ensure the quality of construction work, materials, and equipment to meet industry standards and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle 7. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, drawings, and technical specifications. 
• Prepare reports for management and clients

5. AUTOCAD OPERATOR (RUJEWA, MAKAMBAKO AND NJOMBE TOWN) 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

The AutoCAD Operator is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software. The operator will collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to produce accurate drawings according to project specifications and industry standards. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Create precise drawings based on provided sketches, specifications, and instructions
• Ensure drawings adhere to project requirements, industry standards, and applicable codes
• Work closely with engineers, and architects, to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback into designs
•  Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback and changes in project requirements 
• Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software tools effectively to produce high–quality designs and drawings 

QUALIFICATION 

The ideal candidate for this role should have 

• A minimum education is required. Diploma in Civil Engineering and any other related field o Proficiency in AutoCAD and another relevant CAD software
• Knowledge of drafting techniques, principles, and industry standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
• Ability to interpret and work from sketches, technical drawings, and specifications 

 

6. QUALITY SUPERVISOR CIVIL ENGINEER (RUJEWA, MAKAMBAKO AND NJOMBE TOWN) 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet required standards, specifications, regulations, and the quality of materials. To work closely with contractors, project managers, and other engineers to identify and resolve quality issues. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and implement quality control plans for civil engineering projects. 2. Inspect materials and to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Conduct or oversee testing of materials. 
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results
• Prepare and submit quality control reports. 
• Suggesting improvements in construction methods, procedures, and materials to enhance overall quality and efficiency 

QUALIFICATION 

The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum education is required. o Diploma in Civil Engineering and any other related field 

• Experience in quality control for civil engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of building codes and industry standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
