IT Support Intern (6 Month) Vacancy at Exodus

Duration:  6 months (1st May, 2026 – 30th October 2026) 

Role Overview: 

The IT Support Intern will work closely with the technical and support team to assist in  maintaining and troubleshooting software and hardware systems for businesses and individuals.  The role involves both on-site and office-based activities, offering real-world exposure to IT  support operations, including system maintenance, user assistance, and issue resolution across  the full support cycle. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues 
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and devices 
• Support routine system maintenance, including backups and security updates 
• Help set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights 
• Document support requests, solutions, and system changes accurately 
• Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting any issues  
• Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot complex technical problems 
• Support the setup and maintenance of office networks, printers, and other IT equipment 
• Ensure timely response to support tickets and contribute to overall service efficiency

Requirements: 

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist users effectively
