Inventory & Stock Controller – POS System —

We are looking for a female Inventory & Stock Controller to manage our stock and inventory records using a computerized POS system.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing stock
• Record and monitor stock-in and stock-out
• Manage stock transfers between shop and warehouse
• Monitor inventory through the POS system
• Prepare daily total sales reports from the system
• Reconcile physical stock vs system stock
• Record returns and stock adjustments
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports
• Identify stock shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records

Requirements

• Female, 20–30 years old
• Muslim
• Single
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of POS/inventory systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Previous inventory, stock-control, retail or warehouse experience preferred
• Honest, responsible and highly attentive to detailsAble to work independently and maintain accurate records

Location: Dar es Salaam

Position: Full-time

Candidates with experience as an Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, Inventory Clerk, POS Operator or Stock Management Officer are encouraged to apply.
