Job Summary:

We are looking for an Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our Recruitment department’s daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Update our internal databases with new candidate information, including contact details and CV details.
• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Address candidate queries about applications and positions on the website.
• Data entry tasks.

Requirements

• Should have a Bachelor Degree.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart and open to learning new things.
• Ability to adapt to any environment.
