Position General Description:

Supports human resources processes by administering recruitment; scheduling appointments for; conducting orientation; maintaining records and information.

Position Duties:

v Participating recruiting, training and developing staff

v Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time

v Pensions and benefits administration

v Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees

v Organising staff training sessions and activities

v Monitoring staff performance and attendance

v Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s own employment policies and procedures

v Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.

v Answering employee questions

v Processing incoming mail

Candidate Requirements

v Degree in Human Resources with minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in cooperate environment.

v Great awareness with Tanzania employment law, Regulations and policies

Qualities we are looking after:

v Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner

v Must possess strong interpersonal skills

v Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings

v Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information

v Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

v Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality

v Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
