Job Title: HSE Supervisor   – 5+ Years of Experience

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and enforce HSE compliance on-site
• Conduct risk assessments specific to CCTV installation environments
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Ensure all personnel adhere to petroleum site safety protocols
• Site safety planning and compliance auditing
• Toolbox talks, risk assessments, and method statements
• Training and enforcement of PPE compliance
• Liaison with regulatory bodies

 REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related 
• 6+ years in HSE roles within petroleum and high-risk industrial environments
• NOSHC I and II (National Occupational Safety and Health Certificate)
• Must be fluent in both oral and written English
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamworking skills
• The ability to think logically and strategically
• A methodical approach to tasks
• Customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organisation and planning skills
