Position: HSE Officer
Location: Dar Es Salaam, TECIC Tanzania Limited
TECIC Tanzania Limited is seeking a qualified and dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team in Dar Es Salaam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Health and Safety and a commitment to ensuring workplace safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, monitor, and review HSE policies, programs, and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance
- Promote HSE best practices and conduct training sessions
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and preventive measures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 2 years or less of relevant experience
- Knowledge in the telecommunication industry (an advantage)
- Knowledge in ISO certification (added advantage)
