We are looking for a highly motivated HR Director to join our client’s agriculture industry team located in Morogoro, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall human resources function of the organization and ensuring that all policies and procedures are aligned with the business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the organization’s objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and cost-effective.
• Oversee the performance management process and ensure that performance standards are met.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to HR.
• Experience dealing with seasonal employees is appreciated.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the agriculture industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
