Job Title: Head of IT

Experience: At least 3 year experience in IT roles; software, hardware, internet and system set up

Education: Diploma or Degree in information technology, computer science or related field

Duties & Responsibilities

• Install and update company software and hardware systems
• Provide IT technical support to company staff
• Computer maintenance and troubleshoot
• Sending proposal for computer replacements and relevant costs
• Assist in network administration both internet and intranet
• Facilitate network installation and configuration in all company network systems
• Modern security systems administration; biometric and fingerprint systems
• Evaluate existing network systems LAN & WAN, clouds networks, servers connection etc.
• Liaise with South Africa IT team for internet and computer solutions in the company
• Advise company on modern computers devices and systems
• Ensure whole company IT systems are functioning properly.
