Currently, we are in search of a head of customer service to work in our company in Tanzania
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day customer service operations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Providing high-quality customer experience
- Builds strong relationships while acting as a liaison between the customer and the corporate office
- Designs and implements training programs for the department
- Collaborates with other departments to achieve organizational goals
- Collects and analyses customer service department metrics
- Conducts performance reviews of subordinates
- Leads quarterly meetings with department heads
- Executes related duties as needed
Minimum qualifications:
- Customer Service Management and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Analytical Skills to evaluate and monitor customer data, market trends, and feedback
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili
- Experience working in the FinTech industry is a plus
