Position: Head of Customer service

Currently, we are in search of a head of customer service   to work in our company in Tanzania

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day customer service operations
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Providing high-quality customer experience
  • Builds strong relationships while acting as a liaison between the customer and the corporate office
  • Designs and implements training programs for the department
  • Collaborates with other departments to achieve organizational goals
  • Collects and analyses customer service department metrics
  • Conducts performance reviews of subordinates
  • Leads quarterly meetings with department heads
  • Executes related duties as needed

Minimum qualifications:

  • Customer Service Management and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with Analytical Skills to evaluate and monitor customer data, market trends, and feedback
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
  • A commitment to customer satisfaction and customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili
  • Experience working in the FinTech industry is a plus
