Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team at MUV Group. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative graphics across various platforms. They will collaborate with our sales, marketing, branding, and content teams to ensure high-quality designs that align with the company’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design a wide range of graphics, including but not limited to branding materials, print, social media assets, presentations, infographics, and more.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies for various clients and projects.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements and materials.
• Present design concepts, ideas, and drafts to the Managing Directors and incorporate feedback into the final design.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and software to continually improve the quality and efficiency of design outputs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc), Sketch, or other similar software.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
• Ability to take constructive criticism and adapt designs based on feedback.
• Experience in motion graphics and animation is an added advantage
• Reporting Structure: The Graphics Designer will report directly to the Brand Manager, working closely with the marketing and content teams to fulfill design requirements.
