Vodacom Tanzania is inviting ambitious and qualified young graduates to apply for its 12-Month Graduate Trainee Programme starting in March 2027. Designed as a core talent pipeline into permanent roles within Africa’s leading digital communications company, this structured internship provides hands-on corporate experience, professional networking, career exploration, and skills development in a fast-paced technology environment.

Programme Objectives

• Build a robust talent pipeline of skilled young professionals for core business units within Vodacom.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Nationality: Must be a Tanzanian citizen.

• Experience: Fresh graduate or graduate with less than 2 years of professional working experience.

• Age Limit: Must be 26 years old or younger.

• Academic Standing: Must have obtained a minimum of an Upper-Second Class degree (GPA 3.5+ or equivalent).

• Preferred Fields of Study: Degrees in Computer Science / Information Technology, Statistics / Actuarial Science, Telecommunication / Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Finance, and Sales & Marketing.
