Requirements and Responsibilities
- responsible for the overall management of mining projects.
- Assists in staffing, outlining project plans, setting project goals/deadlines, 3. evaluating performance.
- ensures the safety and health of mine workers.
- Recommends corrective action when problems are detected.
- Mine manager may require a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty. 7. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. 8. May give input into developing the budget.
- To be a Mine Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. 10. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
Qualification:
Holder of bachelor degree in Mining engineering or related with minimum 2 years of experience
