We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our operations.

Job Description:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our security services. You will play a key role in setting strategic goals, developing business plans, and ensuring the company’s financial success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, leadership, and the security industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to all company operations, including security services, administration, and HR.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive company growth.
• Manage and optimize company resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
• Lead and mentor department managers to achieve operational goals and improve performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the security industry.
• Strong understanding of business management, financial principles, and operational processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve complex problems effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
• Knowledge of security industry regulations and standards is highly desirable.
