Job Vacancy: Front Office Receptionist.

We are looking to hire a dedicated and reliable Front Office Receptionist

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Front Office Receptionist, located on-site in Kibaha. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, handling front office activities, and providing excellent customer service. Maintaining a professional reception area, coordinating appointments, and offering general administrative support are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Front Office and Customer Service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in office software and technology.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Must have an EXELLENT command of English and Swahili languages.
• MUST be a female, NOT married with NO Children.
• Should be around 22 – 27 years old.
