Position: Front Office Receptionist – Dry Cleaners

Location: Dar es Salaam

We are hiring smart, well-presented ladies to join our front desk team. Candidates must be mature, confident, and able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide full service solutions. Knowledge of garments and basic quality checks is a strong advantage.

Requirements:

• O-Level education plus tertiary training in hospitality/customer service
• Front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Good communication & computer skills (POS knowledge a plus)
• Professional, friendly, and reliable

Age: 25–30 years only
