We are looking for a motivated Salon Manager to lead our team and manage daily salon operations.
What You’ll Do:
1. Bring in more customers and grow the business
2. Supervise and support the nail technicians
3. Track income, expenses, and staff payments
4. Ensure great customer service and client satisfaction
5. Manage inventory and salon supplies
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience managing a team or a salon
2. Good at budgeting and simple accounting
3. Sales and customer service skills
4. Some knowledge of the beauty or nail industry
