Applicant qualifications

• Certificate, diploma, or degree in insurance, business administration, marketing, sales, or equivalent training.
• Insurance Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage.
• Strong ambition to earn high income through successful sales performance.
• Experience in selling insurance or other financial services is required.
• Willingness to offer customer service in various locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
• Ability to perform accurate calculations.
• Strong persuasion and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to work at the Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar offices.
